We staid here for three nights in August. It's worth the long ascend on the Monte Ceppo to Bajardo and Le Camelie del Bosco. Valeria and Daniele were very helpful. The room was nice, the breakfast was wonderful and the reception was heartwarming.
We will definitely come back here, hopefully then we won't get lost while hiking ;-)
Waking up in a comfortable bed, a hotel class B&B with a difference. For a start you are genuinely welcome and although this is a purposely built set of rooms designed for your comforts, it does not take long to feel right at home. But when you go to breakfast and see the view of Bajardo in the morning sun, this unspoilt and unique piece of hidden beauty sometimes ringed by clouds and often a clear vista along the Rivera and the Alps on the other side of the village. A continental breakfast that would put most five star efforts to shame is tastefully laid out. Everything is perfect, this moment is poignant and meaningful, quite the most romantic retreat.
We spent two nights in a magical atmosphere. The room was tasteful and romantic. From our window, the full moon, highlighting the breathtaking view of the village of Bajardo, was almost unreal! We awoke to bird songs, including that of a cuckoo, while Bajardo emerged like an island from a sea of clowds. Breakfast was perfect, and our charming hosts made us feel like old friends. In the evening, the cozy fireplace gave the dining/sitting-room a warm home-like feeling. I just didn't want to leave!!! If you saw the old film Brigadoon, you will know what I mean.
We highly recommend it.
Traveling between Piemonte and Liguria we have been looking for a place to stay away from crowded coast line, more towards the cool mountains and their picturesque villages on top of the hills.
With B&B Le Camelie del Bosco we landed in a dream and have been granted great hospitality by Valeria and her family. The place is quite away from beaten tracks and hard to find. So we enjoyed very much the generously offered excellent bottle of local red wine after our drive to the B&B. Our room with balcony has been lovely decorated, spacious and with en suite bathroom. In the morning Valeria prepared a breakfast on the terrace in best British style with eggs, juice and much more. Breathtaking view included.

The place has a fantastic view Valeria is a super service minded host and willingly shared her knowledge about the area and gave us tips for restaurants. She prepared us a fantastic breakfast.

“Little tour in Liguria”
We spent a night in this B&B during a little tour in Liguria and everithing was just fine.
The B&B has an incredible view on the valley, the room was very nice confortable and clean, the staff gentle and easy to communicate with.

Le nord de la Ligurie est parsemé de petits villages perchés sur des sommets, Bajardo est un de ceux là. Le Camelie del Bosco est perché encore plus haut que le village, à 1000m d'altitude ! Et du balcon privatif de notre chambre bleue la vue est tout bonnement renversante la rendant inoubliable. Confort et simplicité résument tout à fait cette chambre d'hôte avec un accueil hors du commun par notre hôtesse au sourire communicatif toujours attentive à notre moindre désir. Petit déjeuner extrêmement complet et très bon, pièces à vivre et terrasse à notre dispositions avec cheminée continuellement approvisionnée de bûches. Accès ardu, mais Dieu que l'on est bien une fois rendu! Literie parfaite, prix raisonnable.

“Un hâvre de paix dans un cadre idyllique”
Un hébergement d'excellente qualité dans un cadre sublime. Valeria maitrise parfaitement le français et est aux petits soins pour ses hôtes. Sa gentillesse, et son enthousiasme sur sa région sont communicatifs. Toutes les prestations sont de très haut niveau. Nous y avons fait étape le 21/07 lors d'un périple moto. Une adresse remarquable que nous avons commencé à diffuser. A recommander sans hésitation.

Auto gefahren und dies als Selbstver- ständlich angesehen. Sehr gutes Frühstück, gutes Zimmer und eine Terasse mit einem sensationellen Ausblick. Ich war sehr zufrieden, habe mich wohl gefühlt. Le Camelie del Bosco werde ich unbedingt anderen empfehlen.

“absolutely wonderful place”
During our hiking holidays we stayed in 10 different places in Liguria, but this was the best place we stayed. Stunning views, great hosts, wonderful room with balcony overlooking hills and sea, delicious breakfast, and during the chilly evenings we sat near the fireplace in the wellcoming living room which we could use.
Strongly recommended. Good hiking area as well. Would love to come back. Perfect base to get to know the area.
